ACEC-Ontario’s Engineering Means Sustainability Forum

The second edition of ACEC-Ontario’s engineering forum is a full-day conference that will provide an opportunity for professionals in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) community to gather, connect and gain valuable insights from industry experts on important issues.

This year’s theme addresses the intersection of engineering and sustainability. Thought leaders will delve into challenges, developments and advances in construction materials. With the increasingly frequent occurrence of extreme water events due to the climate crisis, there will also be discussions on the damage, disruption and loss faced by communities. Finally, an expert speaker from Hamilton’s McMaster University will share academic perspectives on the ‘circular economy’ and achieving long-term sustainability.
